Terms
(A) User’s Credentials. In order to access the MEG online payment service, you must use your Credentials which we provide . You are solely responsible for all activities that occur using your Credentials, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you or a third party (including your employees, contractors, or agents)
(B) Unauthorized Account Activity. If you believe that there is an error or unauthorized transaction or activity associated with your Payment Account, you should contact us immediately.
(C) Assignment. User may not assign or transfer any rights, obligations, or privileges that you have here without our prior consent.
(D) Accepting Cards. You agree to follow all applicable rules and regulations of the Networks, as amended from time to time, that are generally available to the public (including merchant rules posted on usa.visa.com, www.mastercard.com, www.americanexpress.com, and www.discover.com) (“Network Rules”)
(E) Refunds and Returns Policy . MEG will accept and process returns of, and provide refunds and adjustments for, our goods within one week from receiving date in accordance with the following terms :-
1.Defect of manufacturing.
2.Poor quality (in case of supplying unagreed quality).
3.Wrong delivery ( in case of supplying unagreed alternative )
4.The condition of the goods must be the same as it was at the time of delivery.
(F) Customer Service. MEG will be responsible for all customer service issues relating to our goods or services, order fulfillment, order cancellation by the customer, returns, refunds and adjustments.
