Cancelation and refund policy

 

MEG will accept and process returns of, and provide refunds and adjustments for, our goods within one week from receiving date in accordance with the following terms :-
1.Defect of manufacturing.
2.Poor quality (in case of supplying unagreed quality).
3.Wrong delivery ( in case of supplying unagreed alternative )
4.The condition of the goods must be the same as it was at the time of delivery.
(F) Customer Service. MEG will be responsible for all customer service issues relating to our goods or services, order fulfillment, order cancellation by the customer, returns, refunds and adjustments.
